Hey there! I'm Conor Schafstall, the proud co-owner of C93 Capital, where my twin sister and I are involved in multifamily real estate investing, finding new opportunities to add value to apartment complexes and the surrounding communities.
For over a decade, I have successfully served in the automotive industry as the shop foreman at an Oklahoma City Metro dealership. Since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by the sheer ingenuity of automotive design. As I dived deeper into my role, my passion for problem-solving, community engagement, and leadership only intensified, driving me to constantly seek out new challenges.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm a firm believer in the power of a well-rounded life. You'll often find me socializing with friends, turning a wrench on a car, or hitting the gym for a solid workout session. Traveling is another love of mine, especially when it's alongside my girlfriend, exploring new places and creating unforgettable memories together. And when the rhythm calls, you can bet I'll be tearing up the dance floor or catching live music at a concert.

I'm Chelsea Ridge, the twin sister and the proud co-owner of C93 Capital, where our commitment to growth and stewardship mirrors our approach to multifamily investments! I'm excited to share my journey and passion for multifamily investments with you.
Born and raised in the vibrant community of Norman, Oklahoma, my path has been shaped by diverse experiences, from education to agriculture, culminating in our venture in multifamily real estate. With a background in early childhood education and educational leadership, my journey began in public education in 2017. Over the years, I've worn various hats, from teaching and coaching to administrative roles. Each experience has shaped my perspective and instilled in me a deep sense of purpose.
My co-ownership in C93 Capital allows me to merge my passion for real estate with our shared vision of creating thriving communities. Every investment I make is fueled by a dedication to excellence, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Outside of my work in real estate and education, I'm also deeply involved in a cattle operation alongside my husband. Together, we co-own and manage this venture on our Oklahoma farm, where we're dedicated to the welfare of our livestock and the sustainability of our agricultural practices.
When I'm not immersed in the world of multifamily investments, you'll often find me indulging in my favorite pastimes. Whether it's losing myself in a captivating book, catching a beautiful Oklahoma sunset, whipping up some of my favorite recipes in the kitchen, exploring new destinations with my family, or jamming out at concerts, I enjoy every moment of it.
